FAQ about servers

Your trusted helper in the world of cloud computing

I am not good at servers, what should I do?

Please describe what do you need or give us your contact details to call you back. All our services include professional consultation. After the start of the work, you will have a personal contact with our colleague that is directly responsible for your server. This is very convenient for planned tasks. In case of emergency every member of the staff on-duty will be able to help you.

At Abilix Soft, we know our customers and take care of them. All the time.

How can I know which plan will be appropriate?

At Abilix Soft, the principle is simple – get started with the lowest plan that meets your requirements for disk space and memory.  You can always upgrade later. If in doubt – ask an expert.  We take responsibility for our advices.

If our recommendation is inappropriate, we shall take you to a higher plan for the next three months. At our costs.

What is to happen after I order?

Our staff will contact you to arrange the details of the transfer or the launch of your project. Technical details will be specified as well as contact persons. Your service will be launched as soon as possible.

At Abilix Soft, we take care of the entire process of migration or setup of new customers. At our costs.

How long will the migration take?

For new projects, we usually provide the server in less than 30 minutes after confirmation. If an existing project needs to be migrated, the migration may take more time. In all cases:

At Abilix Soft, we take care of the entire process of migration or setup of new customers. At our costs.

What if I am not satisfied?

We will do our best to solve any problem that you may have. However, if things don't work out and you are not satisfied, we will refund your monthly fee.

At Abilix Soft, we know our customers and take care of them. All the time.

What is IOPS?

IOPS (Input/output operations per second) is one of the most important metrics for the performance rate of a disk drive. IOPS shows the maximum number of input/output disk operations per second.  In most cases (except when handling large size files, such as an online video gallery), IOPS is the only relevant meter. IOPS shows how many tasks will be completed by the disk drives in one second. If the tasks become more than IOPS, they are queued and waiting. The users are waiting too.

We at Abilix Soft warrant the minimum disk drive performance. Moreover, we provide higher performance in a huge part of the time.
