Appendix SERVICES "ADMIN ONLINE"

1. Classification of "ADMIN ONLINE" services
1.1 "PLANNED OPERATION" - an operation for which the PROVIDER and the CLIENT have agreed on a date at least 2 working days prior to the execution of the operation, and the operation can be performed during the PROVIDER's working hours.
1.2. "URGENT OPERATION" - an operation for which the PROVIDER and the CLIENT have agreed on a date less than 2 working days prior to the execution of the operation and/or the operation cannot be performed during the PROVIDER's working hours.
